As a Project Manager, you will manage several marketing technology and digital solutions projects for one of our international clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You will serve as the central point of contact for client stakeholders, taking ownership from initial client brief through to final implementation and campaign execution. A core focus of your role will be guiding projects centered on customer journey orchestration, analytics, and marketing automation—leveraging tools like Adobe Analytics, CJA, AJO, and Marketo . Your work will ensure an exceptional level of service while building relationships based on trust and close collaboration with the client. Your Responsibilities Will Include Requirement Gathering & Scoping: Understanding client business requirements in marketing automation, data measurement, and journey orchestration, translating them into well-defined technical and operational project scope. Project Lifecycle Management: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation models, and budgets for Adobe platform deployments, campaign builds, and analytics tracking projects. Technical Bridge: Understanding technical requirements across Adobe Analytics, CJA, AJO, and Marketo and knowing how these impact project scope, risk, dependencies, and delivery timelines. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations, and communicating regular project updates. Budget & Scope Optimization: Tracking project expenses, managing budgets, scoping new project opportunities with existing clients, and contributing to accurate project forecasting. Delivery & Execution: Collaborating with internal technical teams (Adobe architects, analytics leads, campaign specialists, and developers) to ensure seamless project execution. Process Improvement: Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize project management and delivery processes across our MarTech workflows. Who are you going to work with? You will be collaborating closely with MarTech Solution Architects, Adobe Specialists, Data & Analytics Engineers, Designers, User Experience Architects, and Developers. You'll report to the Account Lead, who will provide guidance and support through regular check-ins to review projects and explore new opportunities. Additionally, You Bring Proven Project Management Experience: Demonstrated track record managing marketing technology, digital transformation, or campaign orchestration projects, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting. Adobe Experience Cloud Expertise: Hands-on or project delivery experience involving key Adobe platforms: Adobe Analytics & Customer Journey Analytics (CJA): Familiarity with web/app tracking implementations, data layer requirements, customer intelligence, and cross-channel reporting projects. Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO): Understanding of real-time customer engagement, inbound/outbound journey orchestration, and message personalization workflows. Marketo (Marketo Engage): Knowledge of B2B/B2C marketing automation, lead management, email lifecycle campaigns, and CRM integrations. Technical & Marketing Bridge: Ability to speak "tech language" and comfortably collaborate alongside Adobe solution architects, data analysts, and developers to translate client vision into buildable solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and the flexibility to adapt to changing client priorities in a fast-moving marketing environment. Modern Tooling & AI Awareness: Experience with project management tools ( Jira, Smartsheet ) and PowerBI is a plus, as well as an interest in modern automated workflow environments, Agentic AI, and Digital Coworkers. Core Tools: Strong skills in the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint.
