Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative to join their team. The primary responsibilities include managing patient checkouts for a busy physician, scheduling appointments and infusions, and collaborating with another scheduler to handle order queues and phone messaging tickets efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

• Checking out patients for a busy physician, handling 50-60 patients per day.
• Scheduling subsequent visits and ordering infusions.
• Working with another scheduler to manage schedules, order queues, and phone messaging tickets.

Qualifications

• Medical Scheduling experience is required.
• Experience working with Athena is preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in medical scheduling and related software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
