Regional Business Director - Southeast Region

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Regional Business Director for the Southeast Region to lead District and Territory Business Managers in executing brand strategy and driving sales performance. The role involves regional planning, team development, budget management, and stakeholder relationship building within the pharmaceutical sales organization.

Responsibilities

Mobilize regional management team around business unit strategy and brand vision
Translate national strategy into region-specific goals and business plans aligned with local market characteristics
Develop communication strategies using data analysis to drive regional performance and productivity
Manage regional operational and brand product budgets and allocate resources against priorities
Recruit, develop, and hold regional team accountable for sales results and compliance standards

Requirements

Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical sales experience across multiple functions
Proven field sales and field sales management performance track record
Experience building and leading diverse teams
Strategy development and implementation on geographic or product basis
Knowledge of environmental and industry trends affecting business
Understanding of regional geographic conditions and customer base
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Compensation: $243,870 - $295,507 base
