Position Overview As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact between our service department and our valued customers. This is a dynamic, multitasking role that requires exceptional organization, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously — all while delivering a top‑tier customer experience. You will: Greet customers promptly and professionally during check‑in Conduct detailed reviews of scheduled maintenance and repair needs Analyze diagnostic reports and recommend additional services when appropriate Communicate repair timelines, pricing, and service updates clearly and professionally Manage multiple open repair orders at once, ensuring no customer is left without follow‑up Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy Provide frequent, proactive updates to customers via phone, text, and email Maintain detailed documentation and accuracy in all transactions Essential Qualifications This role requires the ability to juggle competing priorities, pivot quickly when situations change, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
