Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team!In this role, you will be the driving force behind business growth by actively engaging with prospective clients.Absolutely no cold calling!Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help build lasting relationships, promote our innovative products and services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.This position offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact your success.

Compensation: $100,000.00 – $400,000.00 per year
Location: Hybrid remote in Wixom, MI 48393
Valid Driver’s License: Required

Duties:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development efforts
- Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Experience:
- Experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle account oversight effectively.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales approaches.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong communication and customer service abilities
- A willingness to learn technical product details is essential.
- Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute sales initiatives confidently.
