** Position: ** Program Administrator, FamilyLife Network

** Reports to: ** Executive Director

** Status: ** Full-time, Exempt

** General Job Description **

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Program Administrator is responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the FamilyLife Network, as well as providing direct services to clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the mission, values/beliefs of FamilyLife Network, Inc. in the execution of any position responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• 1 year of experience working with parents/families in a social service environment preferred
• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Upon hire, have PA Child Abuse, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Fingerprinting (renewed within the past year). Mandated Reporter training required.

** Schedule **

• Full-time
• Must be onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote work permitted on Fridays
• FamilyLife Network’s current client service hours are:
• * Monday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
  • Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Additional onsite hours may be required for meetings, trainings, events, or other program needs.
• Attendance and participation are required at FamilyLife Network’s three annual fundraising events, which are typically held on weekends.

** Duties and Responsibilities **

_ ** Administration **_

• Assist the Executive Director with hiring program staff
• Provide regular training and supervision to all program staff
• Establish, and ensure compliance with, program specific policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Ensure compliance with agency-wide policies and procedures
• Maintain a confidential, accurate, and up-to-date client database system, pulling reports when requested
• Review existing processes and update as needed for quality assurance and improvement purposes
• Review existing client forms and programs and update as needed for quality assurance and improvement purposes
• Identify new curriculums and activities to improve program services
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, supplies, and in-kind donations related to the program
• Participate in regular supervision with the Executive Director
• Together with Executive Director, provide an annual written performance evaluation of all program personnel
• Together with the Executive Director:, budget program expenses and keep accurate financial records for departmental and administrative use; maintain program expenditures within budgeted parameters

_ ** Volunteer Coordination/Supervision **_

• Recruit, train, and supervise all program related volunteers
• Maintain volunteer contact information, clearances, and volunteer hours/schedule
• Coordinate quarterly training sessions for volunteers

_ ** Direct Service **_

• Conduct client intakes as needed
• Conduct individual and group support and/or educational classes as needed
• Plan, coordinate, and implement special events, educational seminars, and activities for clients and their families, utilizing other program staff as needed
• Accurately notate client information into the database within appropriate timeframes

The pay range for this role is $35,000 - $40,000 depending on skills, qualifications, and experience
