Tax Accountant

We are seeking a Tax Accountant to join a stable and growing finance team. This role offers hands-on experience across tax compliance and preparation, with strong support for professional development and CPA progression. Responsibilities Prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065) Support tax compliance, filings, and reporting processes Assist senior team members with tax preparation and review support Maintain accurate tax workpapers and documentation Support busy season deadlines and workflow execution Conduct tax research and assist with special projects Requirements 2–3 years of tax accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Actively sitting for CPA exams are preferred Strong understanding of tax preparation and compliance Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work full-time onsite (Monday–Friday) Medical insurance coverage 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan CPA exam support and continuing education reimbursement Performance-based incentive program Structured training and career development pathway #J-18808-Ljbffr Aprio
