Clean regional freight and predictable scheduling give CDL-A truck drivers a more consistent work routine without constant route changes or last-minute dispatch adjustments. Drivers based in Tallahassee run established Southeast regional lanes with steady no-touch freight, planned dispatch flow, and dependable weekly mileage throughout each work cycle.

Regional Freight
Drivers operate throughout established Southeast regional lanes with freight planned in advance to support consistent weekly movement. Most loads are drop-and-hook, with some live unload freight depending on the customer. The operation is designed to keep drivers moving efficiently while minimizing downtime between assignments and reducing unnecessary disruptions throughout the week.
Predictable Scheduling
Drivers run a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Dispatch planning is organized to create a more predictable routine while maintaining dependable mileage opportunities. Drivers generally know what to expect from week to week, making it easier to plan around home time and personal commitments.
Equipment
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained through regular preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road.
Pay & Benefits
Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently, and drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits after 6 months with the company.
Additional Information
Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance support teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, load planning, and equipment coordination.

Valid Class A CDL required
Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience required
