Corporate Development Manager (Rochester)

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Corporate Development Manager – Acquisitions & Strategic Growth. This position is hybrid in Rochester NY with executive compensation based on experience in the $150,000 - $170,000 plus profit sharing. Manager of Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, with an emphasis on U.S. markets.

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and joint venture opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through market research, industry relationships, and outreach.
• Assess strategic fit, financial performance, valuation, growth potential, and transaction risks.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate due diligence, including data room management, document review, and follow-up with target companies and internal stakeholders.
• Support negotiations, transaction documentation, and deal execution in collaboration with leadership, legal counsel, and financial advisors.
• Partner with finance, operations, sales, and other teams to develop acquisition integration plans.
• Present recommendations and transaction updates to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with business owners, intermediaries, banks, and strategic partners.

Manager of Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated hands-on acquisition experience, including evaluating opportunities and supporting or leading transactions through execution.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and analytical skills.
• A strategic mindset and a clear understanding of how acquisitions create long-term business value.
• The ability to build trusted relationships with business owners, executives, and external partners.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple opportunities and coordinate complex projects across teams.
