This role involves driving major Talent Development projects, managing recruiting data, and assisting in full life cycle recruitment efforts including candidate screening and onboarding. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with strong project management skills and a background in high volume recruiting.
