Polysomnographic Technologist

As a Polysomnographic Technologist, you will help communities become healthier by performing essential sleep diagnostic services. How you'll contribute Perform a variety of sleep diagnostic procedures, including PSG, MSLT, CPAP titration, and MWT procedures, and enforce patient safety protocols. Facilitate the first line of customer interaction to meet service needs. Participate in continuous quality improvement activities. Prepare the sleep lab equipment and environment before patient arrival. Interview patients to determine sleep disorder issues and explain testing procedures. Conduct testing and any additional evaluations required for identified sleep disorders. Score, interpret, and report results of sleep studies. Educate patients on test results, sleep disorders, community support groups, and available resources. Prepare, calibrate, repair, and maintain testing equipment. What we're looking for Registered Polysomnographic Technologist with a valid and current Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) credential. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
