Job Summary Excell Health Care Center provides PT, OT, ST services in post‑acute settings and is looking for talented, dynamic clinicians with passion to join our team. Responsibilities Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation to assure the best outcome possible for the patient. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) ensures that the patient care follows the organization’s guidelines, professional standards and community needs, and is in compliance with federal and state guidelines. The SLP serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients, ensures cross‑disciplinary coordination to provide consistent patient care, and participates in quality assurance and customer service activities. Position Requirements Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology. Licensure or certification as required by state guidelines. CPR certification. 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred. 1‑2 years’ experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred. Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered. Position Details Full‑time/Part‑time PRN; Shift: Various Shifts; Pay Range: $55–$62/hr.
