• 100% outpatient dermatology
• Four clinical days per week
• Monday-Friday clinic schedule
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• No hospital responsibilities
• No call requirements
• Initial ramp-up support provided
• Mature practice volume averages 25-30 patients daily
• Opportunity to build toward 35-40+ patients daily based on preference
• Existing patient demand allows for rapid growth

• Work alongside:
  • One Dermatologist with Mohs expertise
  • Two Physician Assistants

• One MA assigned for every 20 patients
• Additional MA support available for higher patient volumes
• MAs function as both scribes and clinical assistants
• Efficient clinic workflows designed to maximize provider productivity

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $450,000
• Productivity-based compensation model
• 45% of collections after threshold attainment
