They may use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory, and may also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. A warehouse assistant will also be responsible for conducting inventory counts, documenting inventory movements, and preparing reports for management. They must have strong attention to detail, be able to work in a team environment, and have good communication and organizational skills.
