Interim Program Manager, Residential Behavior & Operations

Melmark

Melmark is seeking an interim Program Manager to supervise the residential program, oversee clinical and administrative operations, and lead staff. The PM will work with Behavior Analysts and the Senior Clinician to develop and implement behavioral interventions, ensure licensing and accreditation compliance, and supervise assigned homes. The role involves handling populations with challenging behaviors, ensuring safety, training, documentation, and coordination with nursing and QA. #J-18808-Ljbffr Melmark
