Schedule

Rotating 4x10 hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30 & 09:30 - 20:00); schedule varies as team stays until procedures are complete.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care during cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. The role requires EP/Cath experience and entails monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with a healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor patients during procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding procedures and care post-discharge.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided in Epic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required.
• South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required.
• Radiation badge is mandatory and must be provided by the agency.
