Benefits 10% pay differential for 2nd Healthcare benefits eligible on day one of employment 13 annual paid holidays Vacation eligible at day 30 of employment Climate‑controlled building out of the elements Tuition reimbursement benefit 401K with company match Essential Responsibilities Utilize various tools to de‑burr, planish, grind and polish the product Work from complex product drawings, manuals, and specifications Utilize precision measuring instruments to inspect parts Adhere to Operator Acceptance Procedures (OAP) Inspect finished product and identify defects Assemble details on parts utilizing various tools Set up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot all tools and equipment used in the assembly process Utilize inspection gauging on parts and run first‑piece inspection of parts Maintain accurate work records Recognize process variation, adjust accordingly while maintaining compliant work practices, and consistently produce conforming hardware Be flexible to support the team’s goals (duties, hours, and overtime) Communicate effectively and professionally with others Follow and promote safe work practices Support LEAN initiatives Lift light to medium weight material; work may occasionally require crouching, stooping, and/or flexible positions Willingness to support the team concept and learn/perform other duties as required Qualifications / Requirements High School Diploma or GED 6 months–1 year experience with fabrication techniques and machinery 1+ year(s) of experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with simple machine and tool operations Ability to identify and effectively use a variety of power and hand tools Read, understand, and utilize procedures, detailed computerized build plans, and basic mathematical calculations Perform precise and detailed work Strong attention to detail Follow and promote safe work practices Work may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include shifts beyond a standard workweek Required to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining Desired Characteristics Ability to flex on duties, hours, and overtime to support team goals Willingness to support team concept and learn/perform other duties as required Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Demonstrated ability to participate in a team environment Read, understand, and utilize procedures, sketches, and blueprints; perform basic mathematical calculations Working knowledge of precision measuring equipment Previous assembly and machine operator experience Communicate effectively and professionally with others within the team Security and Eligibility This role requires access to U.S. export‑controlled information.
