In-Home Family Support Navigator
Gulf-Coast-Jfcs-
Gulf Coast JFCS is seeking a Community Navigator to provide in-home support to Hispanic/Latino caregivers in Hillsborough County, FL. You will link families to services, deliver stress and parenting education, and respond to crisis needs with a family-centered approach. You will work with the Program Manager and Counselor, complete screenings and Family Support Plans, and participate in ongoing professional development. The role includes on-call duties and field visits to families. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulf-Coast-Jfcs-
