Join our dynamic team at Laguna Development Corporation as an Artisan Baker , where your passion for crafting high-quality, hand-made breads will shine. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you’ll be responsible for preparing artisan breads and pastries using traditional methods and top-tier ingredients. From mixing and shaping to baking and finishing, your expertise in classic techniques—including working with levain and starters—will help elevate our bakery and casino restaurant offerings.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in a bakery or restaurant setting, a strong understanding of baking principles, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. If you're detail-oriented, thrive under pressure, and are ready to bring your creativity and skill to a team that values excellence and growth, we’d love to hear from you. Certification from a culinary school is a plus, but your passion and experience are what matter most.
