This in-house paralegal position offers a dynamic and rewarding role where you can make a meaningful impact within a leading healthcare organization.What you'll do:Collaborate closely with attorneys in the legal department.Provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance on a wide range of issues.Support compliance, contractual, corporate, employment, and labor matters.Address medical malpractice, risk management, and patient care legal issues.Handle consent, termination of care, and other critical legal aspects related to healthcare.Conduct research and provide thorough analysis to support patient-related legal questions and concerns.What you'll need:Education: Associate degree in Paralegal or Bachelor of Science with major in paralegal studiesExperience: 3-4 years minimum of related work experiencePreferred skills: Knowledge and experience working on contractual, corporate, employment, health, medical malpractice, litigation, and other like matters for health care organizations in either Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, or WisconsinIdeal skills: Personal injury and real estate experienceWhy join us:Tailored benefits package: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that varies based on your location.
