What you'll bring to the team

What You'll Do:

• Act as Supervisor on Duty , keeping Admissions running smoothly

• Assign, support, and motivate front-line teams to be truly guest-obsessed

• Manage queues and guest flow safely and efficiently during peak times

• Champion health, safety, and compliance across all departments

• Resolve guest issues quickly by coordinating with the right teams

• Train and develop Hosts (ride safety, food safety, retail standards & more)

• Coach performance, empower guest recovery, and elevate service standards

• Jump in where needed—training, scheduling, engagement, and support

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a varying schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

• Experience in attractions, entertainment, or service-based roles preferred
