Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a salaried restaurant management role
- Experience managing annual sales volume of $2 million or more
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years - we value your loyalty and dedication
- Hands-on leader comfortable in a scratch kitchen environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and team leadership
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- High energy and a true passion for hospitality and team development
- Experience in fast-casual or high-volume casual dining concepts
