We are looking for a front desk team member who will help support a busy general dentistry practice, managing a high volume of patients daily. This role is integral to creating a welcoming environment while efficiently handling administrative and patient-facing tasks within a fast-paced setting. There are opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients
• Coordinate office activities and support clinical staff
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in dental front desk

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Collaborative team player
