Position Summary We are looking for a Janitor, or Custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. This is an ideal position for an individual with a disability. Candidates with a disability will be strongly considered! Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour Shift: Monday- Friday Full-time, 4:30pm- 12:00am Location: Ft. McCoy, Sparta, WI Typical Job Duties Responsible for janitorial duties at Fort McCoy Cleans, sanitizes, sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, restocks, and empties trash. Expected to safely operate equipment Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers Continually performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality and customer service. Requirements Lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs. Pushing and pulling up to 30 lbs. Be 18 years or older. Pass criminal background checks and various state/federal registry check.
