Senior Human Resources Business PartnerProvides human resources consultation and support to one or more large and/or complex designated business unit(s) or functions to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. This position works onsite at the Richardson, TX location.Serves as a point of contact for the assigned business units or functions for all HR related matters. Partner with managers and oversee the maintenance of the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives. Analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data. Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals. Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational design and development. Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions, employee engagement). Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance. Provide expertise and guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices. Acting as a change agent, driving organizational change, and effectively managing change initiatives to optimize employee productivity and acceptance. Lead and participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Utilize knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Employment Law. Serve as an acquisition integration manager for the HR function, managing the HR side of acquisitions for assigned businesses. Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources, Labour Relations or Business Administration. 7+ years experience in Human Resource environment. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) (Preferred). Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. Working knowledge of HR principles and practices. Awareness of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity. Ability to appropriately interact with all levels of individuals within the work environment.
