VP, Finance North America Specialty Risk

OverviewThis role will be assisting the executive leadership to manage the North America Specialty Risk (NASR) business and will be an integral part of the NASR team. It will be the FP&A business partner for the NASR and will perform analysis of historical results, project future financial expectations, help manage costs, and improve profitability. Explore opportunities to enhance meaningful business metrics and analysis to facilitate better business decision making.ResponsibilitiesWork with North America SR leadership to establish budgets/plansDevelop standard management reports and KPI to support North America SR leadership and senior managementReview actual/forecasted results compared to budgets and provide insights/analysisDevelop input to executive FP&A presentationsWork with the FP&A expense lead to help manage costs within North America SRWork with the FP&A transformation lead to drive projects through completionKeeps current with market trends and demandsPerforms other functionally related duties as assignedQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Finance, Economics or Risk ManagementUnderstanding of GAAP and Statutory accounting10 years of experience in the property/casualty industryDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpretive skills.
