A leadership opportunity is available for a Senior Manager overseeing Inpatient Pharmacy Operations in Seattle, WA. This direct hire position is based at a prominent healthcare facility in Capitol Hill, offering a chance to contribute to high‑quality inpatient pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of inpatient pharmacy operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant medication use. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager with significant exposure to inpatient pharmacy operations. Experience in process improvement and operational strategy implementation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Active pharmacy license preferred.
