Pharmacy Manager

Large community healthcare system looking to bring on Pharmacy Manager! Sign On Bonus plus Full Relocation! Current size of inpatient beds is 15, only med-surg. Looking to double the med-surg beds and add a small critical care unit next year. Position will also support pharmacy needs for the Emergency Room, at the same location. Qualifications Pharmacist License (Washington) required at hire Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent Experience in inpatient pharmacy operations, in an acute hospital setting. Experience in directly managing pharmacy staff. Working in a multi-disciplinary work environment including hospital and physician staff Experience with developing, implementing and updating clinical workflows Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency Experience in working in a Union environment Experience in working with Critical Care/ICU, Med-Surg, Infusion and Emergency Room/Urgent Care Experience with hospital expansion efforts 5yrs of experience as a pharmacist. 2yrs of managing operational/project budgets. 3yrs in a leadership role with direct reports (having a solid line of reporting and having the ability to hire/fire) Leadership experience in a hospital setting, which includes managing various levels of direct reports (Pharmacists, Interns, Pharmacy Technicians, etc.).
