Support And Reliability Engineer (Mid-Level)

As a Support and Reliability Engineer at InterSources Inc, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of reliability for our software applications. This position requires a solid understanding of SQL, Microsoft Server, and a proactive mindset to identify and address potential issues before they impact our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets and support calls promptly, providing technical assistance and resolutions for software-related issues.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues using monitoring tools like Telemetry and our in-app error logging system.
• Investigate and address SQL query performance issues, software defects affecting application functionality, and product configuration issues.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root causes of complex help desk issues, providing comprehensive reports and solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams by creating and documenting cases for software defects.
• Assist in general server and infrastructure maintenance tasks, such as managing disk space on servers to ensure optimal performance.
• Offer on-call support during weekends and after business hours to address critical issues as they arise.

Required Skills And Qualifications
