Ensure adherence to OSHA, Medicare, and other healthcare standards. Requirements Education: Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or an equivalent international program. Licensure: Active and valid state PTA license or certification. Skills: Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Organizational and time‑management skills.
