What will you be doing?

• Support owned.com business: Ensure branded site meets and exceeds financial goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Create weekly business reporting : Drive the customer experience and business growth through KPI management and recommendations
• Partner on SEO efforts: Support the brand and implement best practices on owned.com
• Support site merchandising optimizations: Deliver the best consumer experience, while maximizing revenue
• Partner on catalog management: Ensure inventory is supporting stories, partnering with the inventory team where there is opportunity
• Track seasonal inventory: Partner with demand planning and brand partners on inventory management
• Conduct trend and market research: Work collaboratively with key partners and other digital industry leaders to better understand trends

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• 2-4 years of previous business experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, digital merchandising, or related disciplines
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral and in presentation)
• Ability to influence
• Ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coveo, Sitecore
