Associate Manager - Valet & Parking Services - SSM Health St. Louis

Summary The Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne location. Key responsibilities include managing the delivery of guest/patient services; hiring, training, evaluating and discharging associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; financial management and reporting; addressing customer complaints; and managing a minimum of two associates. Essential Functions Ensure exceptional, consistent guest service delivery on all shifts. Allocate labor resources efficiently and reduce staffing when needed. Recruit, hire, orient, train, coach, and evaluate associates. Develop relationships with client staff, maintain communication, and ensure team focus on exceeding expectations. Drive business metrics, forecast, manage productivity, claims, turnover, revenue reports, cash drops, and shift reconciliations. Maintain controls for scheduling, overtime, tip reporting and timekeeping. Qualifications Education : Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred. Licensure : Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Experience : Minimum one year in a hospitality related role. Knowledge : Towne’s safety, security and operational policies. Towne’s key box, ticketing, claims and revenue processes. Customer confidentiality, HIPAA and business metrics. Client facility layout, amenities and parking rates. Skills : Manual transmission driving; computer proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. Effective presentation, verbal and written communication. Business policy interpretation and external communication drafting. Conflict resolution and composure under pressure. High safety awareness and sense of urgency. Authority and Budget The Associate Manager performs duties independently, makes day‑to‑day operational and financial decisions, and manages resources within the allocated budget. Compensation & Benefits Annual base pay range: $50,000 – $55,000. Eligible for annual incentive bonuses.
