We are seeking a Returns Team Lead to oversee inbound and outbound operations, including receiving and returns processing, while ensuring inventory accuracy and leading a team to drive efficiency and compliance. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

How You Create Impact

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of warehouse associates while overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving and returns processing.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and meet departmental goals.
• Ensure all personnel, equipment, and operations comply with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure timely and accurate processing of returns orders.
• Partner closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager to optimize workflows and resolve operational issues.
• Remain available for overtime as needed to support business demands.

What We Would Like You To Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Experience operating forklifts along with basic technical and math skills.
• Prior experience using Blue Yonder or a similar warehouse management system to support inventory and operational processes.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
