Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator - Final Mile Delivery

Position Overview Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator in Edison, NJ supporting the Final Mile Delivery division. Responsibilities Administer pre‑delivery confirmations Monitor contractor COIs Provide real‑time route support for drivers Schedule deliveries Provide support to retail clients and end users Support end‑of‑day logistics and driver check‑ins Accurate data logging, billing, and maintain records Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 2 years administrative and clerical support experience Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or home delivery preferred Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette Highly thorough, dependable, demonstration of integrity and trust Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, and manage time effectively Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits start at 30 days 401(k) savings plan with company match Discounted employee stock purchase options Employee discounts on tools, cars, appliances, travel, and more All major holidays paid and paid time off in the first year Up to 12 weeks of paid maternity leave Employment Information Hourly wage: $21.50 per hour, paid weekly.
