We are seeking a highly motivated Research Technician to join our In Vivo Immunopharmacology team. In this role, you will work closely with our preclinical scientists to design and execute immuno-oncology mouse studies to evaluate novel cancer therapies. You will also assist in preparing technical reports and presentations to illustrate and explain experimental data and conclusions.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

● Establish and maintain mouse tumor models (syngeneic, xenograft, PDX, orthotopic)

● Perform in vivo procedures including IV/IP/SC dosing, blood collection, and tumor measurement

● Conduct necropsy, tissue collection/processing and downstream analysis using flow cytometry

● Perform some in vitro work, such as cell culture, DNA extraction, and qPCR

● Record, analyze, and summarize experimental data

● Support vivarium organization and ensure IACUC compliance

Qualifications and Skills:

● B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field

● Hands-on experience with mouse handling, dosing, and sample collection is a priority

● Experience with flow cytometry or molecular assays is a plus

● Familiarity with Microsoft Office and GraphPad Prism is preferred

● Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented research environment
