Marketing Officer

POSITION OVERVIEWThe Marketing Officer is responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring all marketing communication initiatives for the Bank. General duties include the generation of periodic and customized reports as needed by Bank, providing marketing support for profit centers, and coordinating Bank’s digital marketing initiatives. This position is also responsible for providing general support for department projects and for supervising the Marketing Assistant.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESSupport in developing, planning, and implementing advertising strategy and campaigns to enhance Bank’s imageProduction quality control (flyers, promotional items, posters, and general marketing collateral)Generate marketing/custom reports and lists as needed by business unitsCoordinate with Ad/PR/Social Media agencies to enhance the production and execution processDesign and implement direct email marketing campaignsAssist in developing digital media strategies and execution itemsMarketing Compliance review/approval process and documentation Manage creative agency relationships, including deadlines and campaign scope parameters.Promotional item and vendor managementEvent marketing coordination, execution and oversight to maximize exposure for CBBWebsite content tracking and updatesReport on marketing-related campaign resultsRecommend best practices for implementing new campaigns related to banking product or solutionBranch support & communications (marketing customer service for branches)Administrative support for branches and departmentsAdditional tasks assigned by Marketing ManagerComply fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required trainingPREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONSEfficient with digital tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google AdWordsWebsite content management using CMS toolStrong vendor management and negotiating skillsStrong knowledge and user experience in various social media platformsExperience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferredKnowledge of SEO/SEMEvent marketing planning, coordination, and executionExcellent customer service and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written skillsBilingual in English and Korean is required Organized, highly motivated, and able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlinesEffective project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGeneral understanding of marketing compliance regulations and lawsHighly proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficient with Adobe Creative SuiteEDUCATION / EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or relevant experience preferredBank marketing experience preferredWe offer a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, and paid federal holidays, for this full-time position within the annual salary range of $60,000 - $70,000. Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.Must be authorized to work in the US.
