To learn more, please visit our website: Position Overview As Chief Marketing Officer at Omega Law Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the firm's brand, drive client acquisition, and support business growth. This newly created role involves leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with various teams to achieve marketing objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with the firm's business goals and objectives Lead, mentor, and manage the PPC, SEO, SEM, and other marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business initiatives Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI Lead efforts to enhance the firm's brand visibility and reputation in the market Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in marketing activities Continuously innovate and adapt marketing strategies to stay competitive Establish KPIs, measure performance, and provide regular reporting This position is based at our West Hollywood office and requires physical presence on-site.
