Consider joining our team and changing the way you think about work!ResponsibilitiesThe Groundskeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.Conduct pruning and landscape maintenanceTrim, edge and mulch as directedRake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areasClean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collectionRemove snow and spread salt in inclement weatherAssist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisorAssist with light maintenance as directed by supervisorQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDStrong customer service skillsAbility to follow instructions efficiently
