Teamcenter Systems Administrator

About the Role As a Teamcenter Systems Administrator, you will support and scale our Siemens Teamcenter environment across Engineering and Manufacturing operations. This is a highly operational, user-facing role focused on Teamcenter administration, engineering workflow support, release management, troubleshooting, engineering data integrity, and continuous process improvement. While the role will support Siemens NX users and CAD-related workflows, the primary focus is Teamcenter operations and enabling efficient engineering data management across the organization. You will work directly with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Digital Operations teams to ensure Teamcenter remains reliable, scalable, and operationally effective as the company continues to grow. This is not a passive ticket-based support role. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting complex operational issues, observing real user behavior, improving workflows, supporting releases, administering system configurations, and proactively identifying opportunities to reduce engineering friction and improve processes.

The person hired will have access to information and items subject to U.S. export controls, and therefore, must either be a "U.S. person" as defined by 22 C.F.R.
