Systems Administrator (SIPR)

Systems Administrator (SIPR) Join to apply for the Systems Administrator (SIPR) role at Trace Systems Inc. Base pay range $69,000.00/yr – $84,700.00/yr Responsibilities Perform tasks associated with designing, installing, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, upgrading, patching, securing, and managing the SIPRNet IT systems. Work with other organizations/agencies as necessary to resolve issues outside of LAAFB control. Support the Systems team, manage IT assets, track equipment lifecycle, advise on projects, perform site visits, and provide technical solutions. Responsible for systems administration aspects of the NIPRNet and SIPRNet as well as associated equipment including enterprise applications, physical/virtual infrastructure, SANS, DNS, Active Directory, servers, data storage systems, data backup and recovery systems, and backup power systems. Develop, implement, document, and maintain a standardized maintenance program for all contractor‑supported government equipment based on DoD and AF guidance, industry standards, and/or best practices. Support projects, tasks, personnel, and other resources while liaising among customers and employees. Use key performance parameters to monitor work performance, measure results, ensure delivery of contracted services, support management and decision‑making, and facilitate communications. Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions. Provide Architecture and Management Support services including site surveys, inspections, design and review assistance, requirements development, path profiles and studies, and coverage surveys. Develop technical solutions and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, and submit CIPs to meet new requirements or solve unique systems or equipment problems. Other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Active, in‑scope US Government issued Secret clearance. US Citizenship is required. Relevant certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, GSEC, FITSP‑O, GFACT, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, VMWare VCTA‑DCV or equivalent; Microsoft MCSA or equivalent; Linux+ or equivalent. Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, OR 5 years of relevant experience. Work is performed full‑time on site in Los Angeles, CA.
