You’ll use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create professional presentations and personalized bathroom designs that make it easy for homeowners to visualize their completed project. This role is ideal for an experienced closer who is ready to produce at a high level today while developing into a future sales leader. Your Responsibilities Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners Identify customer needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions Use our iPad-based sales system to design and present projects Create personalized bath designs using easy-to-use technology Present pricing and financing options Build value and confidently close sales Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers Participate in weekly sales training and coaching Maintain accurate customer and sales information Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals Develop the skills necessary to advance into sales management Who We're Looking For We’re looking for an ambitious, proven sales professional , not someone simply looking for a job.
