What You'll Do  

• Assist with installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats 
• Help load materials and prepare job sites 
• Use hand and power tools safely 
• Support lead installers with measurements, equipment setup, and job-site tasks 
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe 
• Learn installation techniques, codes, and industry best practices 
• Deliver professional service at every job site

  Qualifications  

• High school diploma or GED 
• Interest in building a career in HVAC or the skilled trades 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
