We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our high-performing Cardiac Cath Lab team at our state-of-the-art Kansas City facility. What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in a Cardiovascular Cath Lab setting.
• Proficient in Mac Lab technology, intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella devices, temporary pacemakers, and right heart catheterization.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures, hemodynamics, and patient monitoring.
• Valid Kansas RN license or Compact license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with advanced cardiovascular interventions and complexities.
• Prior experience in a nicotine-free facility.
• Certifications in specialized cardiac or hemodynamic care.

Educational Background & Experience:

• Registered Nurse with a current license issued by Kansas or a Compact state.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar specialized cardiology setting.

Additional Requirements:

• No floating requirements-this role is dedicated to the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• No weekend or holiday work required, providing excellent work-life balance.
• Flexible scheduling with 10-hour shifts, primarily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with start dates available from April 19, 2026.
• Ability to attend orientation at KU NEO on the first Monday and Tuesday of the start week.
