- Bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintaining client deposits, tallying statements
- Support office management activities, including filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Word and Google.
- Create and convert documents as required.
- Handle clerical duties such as copying, scanning, opening and closing files, maintaining organized filing systems, Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Help with products sourcing and vendor qualification
- Support special projects as needed to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Provide help with shipping by getting shipments ready at the office and at the warehouse.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF)
- Experience with QuickBooks,
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette and friendly demeanor.
- Technical proficiency in office productivity tools and data entry processes
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Bookkeeping: 2 year (Required)
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
