Sales Representative - Electrical

Are you ready?As a Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with new prospects and maintain relationships with established customers while selling Company products and services. Our Sales Representatives develop relationships with a wide variety of customers, learn about exciting technology and products, and grow their career in sales.In this role you will:Develop and grow customer accountsHandle customer inquiries promptly and effectivelyMaintain up-to-date and accurate customer recordsParticipate in training sessions, trade shows and sales meetingsMeet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgetsWhat you bring to the table:Ability to negotiate and be persuasiveWork independently and within a teamHighly effective interpersonal and communication skills4+ years experience preferred, 4 year degree preferredAbility to travel on a limited basisShift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $28.85 per hour - $33.66 per hour, depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.This role requires the use of your personal vehicle for business purposes. Graybar offers a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) reimbursement program to support eligible drivers. This program allows you to choose and drive your own vehicle, rather than a company-assigned car, and your reimbursements can help you build equity in your vehicle over time. Please note that certain vehicle requirements, such as age and original MSRP, may impact your eligibility for tax-free reimbursement.
