The 340B CRM is responsible for independently performing a variety of data analytics from internal and external resources to support the OptumRX 340B program. Will apply tactics to identified business problems and existing processes to assist with decision-making and to increase sales, profit, market share and achieve program goals.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and foster working relationships with internal and external business colleagues and counterparts to facilitate productive exchanges of informationDistribute 340B communications to covered entities main POC regarding inventory and replenishmentOwns the responsibility of ensuring claim capture via billing through Third Party AdministratorsLiaison with other departments, vendors, covered entities and affiliate companiesDevelops and maintains KPI reporting as well as backlog and open item reportsAssists in special projects around business strategy and initiativesMonitor, Track and Report upwards of special project status and outcomes as it pertains to replenishmentDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of the 340B program; coach analysts in the development of solutions and resolution of complex data analysis; monitor analyst workflow to ensure deliverables are being metYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:3+ years of Client Relationship Management experience2+ years of experience working in 340B1+ years of data analytics experience (identifying trends and identifying opportunities and driving outcomes)Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointAbility to travel up to 25% of the timePreferred Qualifications:340B ACE certifiedCPhT CertificationExperience with Tableau and SalesforceExperience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problemsExperience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessaryExperience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organizationProven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and to meet deadlines and deliverables as requestedSoft Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong Time ManagementStrong Organization skillsCollaboration Skills - working in a Matrix OrganizationContinuous Improvement mindset by taking proactive approach to improve processes (continuous learning)*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
