Job Description

CDL B Driver - Local | Home Daily | $25-$27/hr | Brooklyn Heights, OH

Pay

$25.00-$27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Weekly pay
Overtime paid after 40 hours

Schedule

Monday-Friday
Typical start time: 6:30 AM
Some days may begin as early as 4:30 AM based on delivery schedules
Home every day
Average 3-4 deliveries per day

What You'll Do

Deliver drywall, insulation, ceiling tile, metal framing, and other construction materials to commercial job sites
Drive an automatic transmission CDL B flatbed or curtain-side truck
Secure loads before leaving the yard
Operate a Moffett forklift (paid training provided)
Work with a driver's helper to unload materials at delivery locations
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Follow all DOT and company safety regulations

Requirements

Valid CDL Class B License
Current DOT Medical Card
At least 1 year of CDL B driving experience preferred
Flatbed experience
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. when needed
Ability to secure flatbed loads safely
Steel-toed boots required
Reliable work history and commitment to safety
