Mobile Hydraulics Mechanic About the Opportunity

• Hands-on role repairing and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and components for a local hydraulic company
• Work on equipment such as boom trucks, dump trucks, and other hydraulically powered machinery
• Bench testing using a computer-based test stand and related diagnostic equipment
• Component teardown, inspection, and reassembly: pumps, motors, valves, and high-pressure tools

• Type: Full Time Evaluation Hire Position
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
• Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, DOE

• Diagnose hydraulic failures on trucks and mobile equipment; perform repairs efficiently and safely
• Use measuring tools and machinery to verify tolerances and component condition
• Operate a computer-based test stand to validate performance and confirm fixes
• Work on and under vehicles/equipment as needed to access components

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery
• Ability to disassemble/reassemble hydraulic components accurately
• Curiosity and commitment to learning more about hydraulics

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb, and lie down during tasks
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments
