Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Specialist

Job Title
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, focusing on business continuity and disaster recovery response.
This role involves overseeing testing, emergency response, and recovery, ensuring the continuation of business operations within defined recovery time objectives.
100% REMOTE

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Crisis management, incident response, event response (2-4 years of experience)
- Enterprise experience
- Business resiliency/continuity experience (2-4 years of experience)
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint (Client Office Suite) (2-4 years of experience)
- Adherence to internal risks and controls (2-4 years of experience)
- Experience with regulatory and/or audit exams (2-4 years of experience)
- ServiceNow experience (2-4 years of experience)
- Experience with technology risk within financial institutions (2-4 years of experience)
- Experience with PNC clients
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Crisis Management Application experience (Everbridge, Visual Command Center, VEOCI)
- Proficient in Tableau
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management (BCH Business Continuity Hub)
- Analytical background
- Experience with KY3P (Know Your Third Party)
- CBCP certification/DRI certification
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee disaster recovery response and respond to major disaster events
- Support business recovery, crisis management, and contingency planning
- Conduct and maintain business continuity lifecycle
- Monitor and report on compliance of business continuity processes
- Develop and disseminate information on continuity processes and initiatives
- Act as a liaison between the team and the rest of the business to communicate disruption response
