We are looking for a driven Account Executive who is hungry to grow with a company that is scaling quickly. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role — we want someone with energy, confidence, urgency, and a true fire in the belly. If you love being on the phones, building relationships, and creating opportunities, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors and wholesalers Make outbound calls and follow up with warm opportunities Help educate clients on transactional funding solutions Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution Track pipeline activity and maintain consistent communicationHelp grow the brand through strong customer service and relationship building Be boots on the ground and willing to do what it takes to help grow the business What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and people skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high call volume Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Confident, energetic, and growth-oriented Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to build trust and long-term relationships Sales experience is a plus, but mindset and work ethic matter most Base Salary starting at $45,000 Bonuses + commission structure with expected on-target earnings of $80,000–$110,000+ W2 position with benefits Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Hands-on training and mentorship This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get in early with a company that is building something big. #J-18808-Ljbffr FlipFund Capital
